Zach Neville is ready to fight

for the people of Senate District 37!

policies AND priorities

  • Our tax code is set up to incentivize corporate ownership of homes that should belong to everyday Georgians. Not only do Georgians have to compete against seemingly limitless sums of money, but they also have to overcome an unfair tax disadvantage.

As your State Senator, Zach will fight to ensure that every Georgian has a fair shot at homeownership and a level playing field.

  • In Georgia, too many parents are trapped in a no-win situation: work just to scrape by while child care eats up an entire paycheck, or step away from a career and live one layoff away from crisis.

As your State Senator, Zach’s focus will be on lowering the cost and stress of child care so workers can get ahead or start a family without having to gamble their stability.

  • Despite what insurance companies would have you believe, healthcare is anything but a “free market.” A better description would be a “captive market.”

Insurance companies, along with layers of middlemen, know families don’t have the option to walk away. They use that power to raise costs, deny care, and bury people in the fine print.

As your State Senator, Zach will fight to put patients and doctors back in charge. Our care should be straightforward, bills should be transparent, and no family should feel trapped between getting help and staying afloat.

  • Our economy should reward hard work, entrepreneurship, and the courage to build something of your own. But too often, family, small, and medium-sized businesses are left to absorb rising healthcare costs, supply chain shocks, and tighter access to capital. Meanwhile, massive corporations use their leverage to pressure suppliers, undercut competitors, shape laws in their favor, and capture the biggest subsidies.

As your State Senator, Zach will work to make Georgia a place where family, small, and medium-sized businesses can compete and thrive. Investing in these businesses creates jobs, strengthens competition, and helps families build wealth of their own.

  • Aspiring to be the #1 State for business has come with unseen costs, and Georgians are paying for them with their health.

While polluters stack profits, Georgians stack compounding risks from PFAS and other “forever chemicals” building up in our water, soil, and bodies.

As your State Senator, Zach will work to ensure that violations are no longer a “cost of doing business.” In the Senate, He’ll fight for tougher enforcement, real penalties, and an environment the next generation can enjoy.
